Initiate Return
Visit your Google Store order history, select the items you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.
Print Label
Check your email for a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip provided by Google Support.
Package Items
Place the items in their original packaging along with the return authorization slip into a sturdy shipping box and attach the prepaid label.
Drop Off
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
